Educators CEUs (formerly PLUs)

ChelseaCowan

Specifically for Educators

The College of Continuing and Professional Education at KSU offers a variety of CEU approved classes in a traditional classroom environment or online. Regardless of your schedule or location, you can earn continuing education units when it’s convenient for you, and in topics that will increase your skills. From solving discipline problems to photography courses, you’re sure to find classes that will help you create effective solutions for career progression and classroom wisdom.

The online courses in the “Educators & Languages” section were designed to specifically meet the needs of educators. These classes were previously reviewed by the GADOE and approved for PLUs. Although PLUs are now no longer being used, these classes still earn CEUs.

In the State of Georgia, teachers are required to complete 10 continuing education units (CEUs) every 5 years in order to retain their teaching certificates.
