Social Events

ChemEd 2015 has a number of great social events that are included with your conference registration. This will allow you to further network with colleagues across the world in an informal setting. Here is what is planned.

Tuesday, July 28th – Exhibit Hall Opening

The exhibit hall will open for the first time on Tuesday from 6:00-9:00 pm. Light hors d’ouevres will be offered. Spend this time exploring the latest and greatest products for the classroom.

Wednesday, July 29 – Peaches and Cream

Get a taste of the south during this ice cream social event in the Legacy Amphitheater on campus. Enjoy the fresh air, live music and mingling with friends.

Friday, July 31 – Tailgating Barbecue

Join us for a tailgating themed barbecue. Come in spirit dressed with a shirt from your alma mater or current high school or university where you teach. This event will feature delicious food, cold drinks, and cornhole and ladder golf tournaments. .
