Have you visited KSU Center lately? We’re located just off main campus in a beautiful building with plentiful parking that we share with the Coles College of Business, the Burruss Institute, the Museum of History and Holocaust Education and the Credit Union of Georgia.
We’re fortunate to have a great venue here at KSU Center, which provides not only class space but also event space for professional and educational meetings and conferences.
Take a closer look at KSU Center with our interactive virtual tours created by We Get Around.
To get started with these WalkAround™ 3D Tours powered by Matterport technology, click on the blue 3D Showcase bar. Use the arrow keys to walk around or click to fly-in or select the dollhouse or floor plan views. The tours work best if your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari) is updated to the latest version.
KSU Center is one of the area’s top state-of-the-art facilities for conferences and meeting space. We can accommodate everything from leasing a few rooms for smaller groups to managing large-scale events with a few hundred attendees. For conferences, we offer a range of management services, from audio/visual to website development to registration, to make things easier before, during and after the big day.
A Special Place for Special Events
Our largest room is 400, a multipurpose meeting space that can seat up to 240 banquet-style or 375 theater-style. This is where we host special events like graduation and our scholarship awards night. It has projectors, an adjacent catering area and more to make it convenient for those renting it for larger events such as conferences.
Hands-on Healthcare Training
We’re also proud to provide many specialized rooms to our continuing education students to enhance their learning experience. Our health and fitness students take classes in our on-site gym while several of our other Healthcare students spend part of their course completing hands-on lab work in our Medical Assisting classroom.
Technology classes such as Bookkeeper Professional and Social Media Marketing that regularly require computer access meet in our computer labs. We also have a dedicated classroom for our Cisco certificate courses equipped with the latest computer networking equipment.
In the Kitchen
Our Culinary Apprenticeship Certificate students hold their class in our professional kitchen, getting practical experience in the culinary classroom before taking their skills to kitchens around metro Atlanta during their apprenticeships.
Hitting the (Legal) Books
We’re constantly adding to and updating our professional space here at KSU Center. In 2014, we unveiled the Joe. R. Edwards Law Library. The library holds more than 3,000 donated law books worth $50,000. It serves as the site for our daytime Paralegal classes as well as a resource for Paralegal students in our Legal Research and Writing courses.
You can also see a virtual tour of another large room we lease, Room 300.
It’s a great place here at KSU Center. We hope you’ll stop by. If you’re ever at a loss to find your class or special event, visit our Registration desk located near the center of the building. We’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
See you soon!
