July 25. 7:15 - 8:00 p.m. The Culinary Apprenticeship Certificate is an intense program designed for aspiring culinary professionals with a passion for food who want something better than the traditional classroom-based culinary education program. Students work hands-on in the kitchen with a team of accomplished professional chefs who will provide the tools needed to succeed in the restaurant, hospitality and catering industries. July 25. 6:15 - 7:00 p.m. The new Web Design Certificate program is set up to teach you the four D's of Web Design: Discovery, Design, Development and Deployment. Module 1 - Discovery: This module will expose the students to design principles, usability, the Web development process, and file basics. This module lays the foundation for the entire course. Module 2 - Design: The successful student is expected in this module to begin to apply the design principles learned in Module 1 to Web page layout. The successful student accomplishes this through a demonstrated ability to code in HTML and CSS. Module 3 - Development: Though HTML and CSS provide the foundation for much of the Web, modern websites interactively engage visitors.
