New SHRM Certification Credentials

Why a new certification? The new SHRM credentials are based on the latest HR research and emerging knowledge for HR professionals. The SHRM certification tests HR competencies – the ability to put knowledge to work through critical thinking and application.

Business is changing and employers are insisting HR professionals adapt to that change. We now live and work in a global economy, where geographic borders are virtually non-existent, and innovation, agility and strategy are critical success factors. The HR profession operates at the core of this global economy, ensuring the alignment of organizational strategy with a high-performing workforce.
