As a result, health coaching has become more utilized than ever before. Learn to transform the way people live by expanding your expertise in exercise science, fitness and behavior modification. This course is comprised of a combination of classroom lecture and hands-on training in our on-site fitness center.
High school diploma or equivalent, completion of our Basic Skills Assessment and submission of the Program Application. Working knowledge of computers and access to a computer and the Internet are required.

- Evaluating client’s current habits and creating personalized goals and action plans based on their specific needs
This two-month, 30-hour certificate program will assist you in preparing for the American Council on Exercise Health Coach Certification exam.
