Real Estate Salesperson Prelicense

An exciting career opportunity in real estate awaits! Start your new career as a real estate agent in Georgia by enrolling in our Real Estate Salesperson Prelicense Certificate program. This 10-week course will fulfill the 75-hour Georgia Real Estate Commission education requirement and will help you prepare for the Georgia Real Estate Licensee examination. This certificate program covers the basics of ownership, transfers and use of property, real estate law, mortgage fraud, finance, contracts and other required topics.

Prerequisite

High school diploma or equivalent, completion of our Basic Skills Assessment and submission of the Program Application. Working knowledge of computers and access to a computer and the Internet are required.
