Continuing your education and gaining the training you need for your career in Real Estate has never been easier. Effective July 1, 2015, required continuation education hours have increased for non-grandfathered licensees from 24 to 36 over the four-year renewal period. We offer more than 30 Continuing Education courses tailored for Real Estate professionals to help you earn your required hours.

Our courses can be started at anytime! Students have 180 days to finish their coursework which can accommodate even the busiest of schedules. Learn the material easily through interactive tutorials which presents the curriculum in a dynamic way.

All courses are approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) to meet the continuing education requirements.

Criteria For Successful Completion

In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must complete 100% of the course and score 75 or above on any applicable exams.

( Note, to avoid lapse in license renewal, it is the student’s responsibility to complete online continuing education course requirements a minimum of three business days prior to the license expiration date and allow for timely reporting to the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

It is also the student’s responsibility to provide the school with his or her correct real estate license classification number, and failure to do so will result in the student not receiving credit for the continuing education course.
