By Air - Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is just 35 miles south of the KSU campus. It is an easy airport to get in and out of with a number of airlines from which to choose.

 

Airport shuttles will be available at a rate of $25 per person per shuttle trip. Shuttles from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport to the conference will run on Tuesday, July 28 at 11:00 am & 2:30 pm. Shuttles from the conference to the airport will run on Saturday, August 1 at 9:00 am, 11:30 am, & 2:00 pm. Space is limited to 15 people per shuttle. If your desired shuttle is full, you can sign up for the waitlist and a second shuttle may become available. Registration for the airport shuttles will be available until July 21.

 

By Car

 

The conference will be located on the Kennesaw State University. The main KSU campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

 

If you are coming from South of Kennesaw (Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, Macon, etc.)

Take I-75 N toward MARIETTA / CHATTANOOGA.
Take the CHASTAIN RD exit, exit number 271.
Turn LEFT onto CHASTAIN RD NW.
Turn at the second RIGHT onto the KSU campus.


If you are coming from North of Kennesaw (Cartersville, Rome, Jasper, etc.)

Take I-75 S.
Take the CHASTAIN RD exit, exit number 271, toward I-575 N.
Turn RIGHT onto CHASTAIN RD NW.
Take the second RIGHT turn onto the KSU campus.

 

OR

 

Take I-575 S.
Take the CHASTAIN RD exit, exit number 3.
Turn RIGHT onto CHASTAIN RD.
Continue in this lane across the bridge over 75.
Take the second RIGHT past the bridge over 75 onto the KSU campus.

Getting Around Campus

 

All presentations and workshops will take place in Clendenin, Science, Science Laboratory, and Math & Statistics.

The exhibit hall will be in the Carmichael Student Center.

 

Hotel shuttles will be available to get you back and forth between the conference hotels and campus at the times listed below. They will arrive about every 30 minutes between the times listed and will depart from the bus stop in front of the Science Building.

 

Tuesday, July 28th – 2:00pm-4:00pm & 8:00pm-10:00pm
Wednesday, July 29th – 7:00am-9:00am & 7:00pm-9:00pm
Thursday, July 30th – 6:00am-9:00am, 5:30pm-6:00pm (one loop) & 7:00pm-9:00pm
Friday, July 31st – 5:30am-9:00am & 7:00pm-10:00pm
Saturday, August 1st – 7:00am-8:30am
